Red couch and love seat. Couch is in good condition. The loveseat has a small tear on the arm as you can see and under the cushion the spring has some issues. The owner stated that you can purchase a part at bed/bath and beyond to repair that. They used the couch in its current condition and no reason you couldn't either.

Pick up location for this item is at the Med-City Shed at 56170 278th Ave. Plainview, MN 55964.
