This is auction is for a 2006 Dodge Durango retired from Police work. This vehicle was purchased new by a local municipality and used as a squad car within the city. The good thing with city and county owned property is there is always a general maintence completed on this vehicles. This unit has some front end damage as you can see in the pictures. It is drivable currently and could be fixed pretty easy it appears. I would think you could just buy a bumper cover and that would really spice it up. There is damage to the grill and headlight assembly which you can see. The exterior has some typical Minnesota rust starting. There are dents and dings as you can see. It does appear to have tires that are in excellent condition. The engine is a 5.7 hemi with only 124,000 miles on it. This is pretty low miles for a retired squad car. The interior is actually in pretty good shape. There are some pieces that are broken behind the drivers seat as you can see. The center counsel is brand new basically as they are removed when bought to install the police equipment. There are some marks in the headliner where equipment was removed. The keyless entry is worn and missing a button. The vehicle starts and drives good. There is a small exhaust leak that I noticed causing a ticking noise. I'm no mechanic so I would encourage you to come and check this out. Overall a pretty good vehicle and someone is sure to get a steal on this. Winner is to pay a 13% buyers premium on this vehicle. This vehicle can be seen in Elgin on Hwy 42 on the south end of town.
