I think this is celluloid (?) head and hands/feet. Good overall condition, the arms move round the body but if it had a wind-up feature (there's a post on the side of the body), I don't know if it winds anymore (?).

Pick up location for this item is at the Med-City Shed at 56170 278th Ave. Plainview, MN 55964.
