Store return. 3-tray dehydrator. One of the trays came broken so this turned into a 3 tray. There was no defect listed but I assume it is "no heat". I tested it, had it running for 5 minutes and didn't feel heat come out. Not sure what the problem might be, but if you know are handy with this stuff and can get it working, you'll have a nice little food dehydrator.
