The unit is a very nice size. It with lots of stuff inside. There is lots of decent stuff from what i can see. I had to look at the Milwaukee case and it has a new saw-saw in it. I just had to just check that for you. The owner of the facility was curious also so what the heck. I can see several nice items inside the unit. It has been sitting awhile as you can see from the dust building. Lots of boxes and totes in this unit. The owner has not had access to this unit so the treasures are all yours for the finding and taking.

Generally the contents of these units contain many items that are great for resale. They are a great money maker for sure as you have seen on all the popular shows. I personally have met local people that have made serious money. I don't have the eye of the experts so who knows what else i overlooked.

There is some serious money sitting in this unit I believe. This unit will be sold as a complete unit, no single items will be sold. The winner will have to meet me at the location and it will all be removed in my presence to ensure nothing is left behind. I am pretty flexible so pickup shouldn't be an issue at all.

The high bidder will also have to pay a 13% buyers premium for the unit and sales tax unless you have a MN state resale certificate.
