Here is your change to own nice truck at a fraction of the cost of dealerships. This was purchased new by a local County and was used by them as a marked patrol unit.
This truck has 4x4. This baby has only 138,000 miles on it. It has a vortec V8 engine with lots of power and life left. This drives down the road great and even has ice cold air conditioning. The interior is actually in very nice shape. It appears that this vehicle was taken care of. Like all the other vehicles from this county, it has all the maintenance records with it.
The tires are in great shape as you can see. There are a few dents and dings on the outside but nothing that really stands out. There is some rust as you can see. It has a hard tonneau cover from Trucking America.
I drove the car about an hour and I was impressed. Granted it don't take much to impress me, but the truck drove down the road nicely and seemed to run great. I would love to say I'm a highly trained mechanic but id be lying. I am pretty sure this will make a great vehicle to whomever take the new role as owner.
This truck has all the maintenance records as I mentioned which in my eyes is absolutely priceless.
The truck can be seen in Elgin at Sobaka Kennels which is located right on Hwy 42. The high bidder is responsible for a buyers premium. Sales tax will be paid to DMV. Clear title in hand.
