This is a store return it appears. I pulled out and tested it. It powers up and seems to heat up as it should. The only thing i noticed was it seemed that a light on the display was out so it was hard to read the display. This model retails for close to 100 bucks.

Pick up location for this item is at the Med-City Shed at 56170 278th Ave. Plainview, MN 55964.
